Enjoyed my stay here. More like an apartment than a hotel room. Staff is very friendly and makes me feel welcome. Whoever the receptionist was on 11/23 at night she was very helpful.
We were traveling with 3 little ones and they decided they had enough riding in a car for 1 day. So I pulled in here and it was after 9pm and I needed a room for total of 6. They went out of their way to make sure we were able to get some rest and we were comfortable. The room was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. The breakfast was perfect and they had a good variety to choose from for everyone with plenty of comfortable seating available. We will gladly recommend this place to all of our friends and family traveling along I-80. I will definitely come back I would love to explore the entire place like the swimming pool and the restaurant with the bar.
Had an issue with the remote for the tv. Desk clerk tried once, then offered a new room, then continued to work on it until a resolution was attained. Perfect customer service!!
The rooms are outdated and clean enough for a one night stay. Hotel is under renovation but I didn't notice any noise. Breakfast was hot with variety. Budget friendly option for one night.
The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is amazing and great selection. Whenever my son and I come to North Platte to watch trains as my son is a huge rail fan. This is our favorite hotel to stay at.
Did online reservation. Very easy. The exterior was a little rough - they are remodeling. Our room was clean. Bed very comfortable. The only issues were both our air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy. The free breakfast - seriously the best waffle I've ever had and my cup of coffee was awesome. I'd say give it a try.
Nice place! Great breakfast! Upon arriving we thought we'd have to wait forever, as there was a school group also checking in, but they didn't stay in line. We were called up within 5 minutes! The rooms were great, the beds were comfortable. For a one-night stay, we were well pleased. We were headed north for a wedding.
I stayed a few nights here, the rooms were very nice and more importantly warm in the -15 degree weather. The complimentary breakfast is simple but made well with good ingredients. The bar that's attached has very good pizza that's definitely worth a try. There's also a starbucks right next to the hotel if you want to grab something fancy.
